Rene Haley has been awarded the prestigious NCMS Society Award for 2020.

The award is based on an individual’s exceptional contributions made to the NCMS Society, as well as, Industrial Security.  There was specific criteria that must be met and Rene has made a distinct impact to all of them at both the local and national levels.

Among her many accomplishments, Rene is an active member of the National Industrial Security Program Policy Advisory Committee (NISPPAC) Working Group in which she participates as a part of a group assisting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) with the development of new processes for the DCSA Annual Security Assessments for cleared industry companies.  Rene is also involved in training the security community on JPAS, SWFT, and NISS. These are database systems that are essential to every Facility Security Officer to be able to accomplish a large part of their jobs within the National Industrial Security Program.  Essentially, at every level, Rene has eloquently communicated the needs of industry to various government organizations.

This is a major accomplishment for her.  Make sure you congratulate Rene!
