In 2010, Paul identified a need for specialized subject matter expertise in the field of Industrial Security. Bringing together his years of experience and vision for the ever-changing needs of companies working with the Federal Government, Paul founded Industrial Security Integrators LLC (IsI) with a cross-functional team of security, infrastructure, and technical experts. He sets the strategic direction, architecture and governance of the corporation’s security readiness to drive innovation, stimulate growth, enable change and create a competitive advantage to provide exceptional customer service.
Paul has almost 20 years of experience with the highest levels of security operations beginning his career in intelligence with the United States Marine Corps. After his career with the Marine Corps, he worked as the Director of Security for many organizations both large and small. Paul’s firsthand knowledge in federal guidelines, defense contracting, finance, NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs, FOCI, ITAR, DCAA, and FAR compliance is unmatched and has been integral to IsI’s success.
Jason started his position with IsI as a Senior Facility Security Officer in January 2014. Shortly thereafter, he began assuming roles in Business Development and Marketing in unison with his security duties which catapulted him into the Director of Business Development. In this role, Jason is responsible for developing and executing aggressive growth strategies and comprehensive sales plans for IsI. In early 2017, he was promoted to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer and President with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives.
Jason’s key focus is on the identification, pursuit, and development of new business within the niche segment of the federal market supporting DoD/Military and Intelligence agencies but he also focuses on defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Jason works closely with the Executives and Security Team to fully support and generate growth in all service areas. He is extremely motivated and creative with his ongoing advertising and marketing efforts.
Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Radford University. He is a certified Facility Security Officer (FSO) and over 10 years of experience in Industrial Security.
Kelvin is a retired Marine with over 30 years of experience in Security. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Security Management from American Military University. He comes to IsI with a variety of experience in providing direction and leadership for security operations under medium and large corporations such as General Dynamics, McNeil Technologies (now known as AECOM), and Science Application International Corporation (SAIC now known as Liedos). He has acquired a superior rating as well as many commendable ratings from Defense Security Service (DSS) security inspectors. His experience with leading teams of security professionals and overseeing activities that ensure company, individual and team goals that safeguard internally and externally with organization, financial strength and operating efficiency.
Kelvin is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance issues within IsI. He leads all operating personnel, security professionals, and the security operations of IsI. He manages all aspects of operations as well as create and drive overall strategy plan for growth, organizational design, and business design as part of the senior management team. He contributes to and implements organization-wide strategic planning, business development and is responsible for setting new goals and policies by reviewing the quality and efficiency of the Helpdesk’s workmanship. He works closely with the executive team to assess the overall success of policies and procedures to maximize customer satisfaction and Government compliance.
Wesley Glass originally joined Industrial Security Integrators as the Controller in 2016. The President and Chief Executive Officer quickly identified his exceptional skills, dedication, and knowledge in Business Management, which expedited his promotion to an Executive Officer of the Company. Not only does Wes serve as the IsI’s Chief Financial Officer, he acts as the Corporate Accounting and Finance Executive. Wes is responsible for the overall financial and strategic management, including the Company’s financial reporting, long-range business planning, and program management. Wes has been instrumental in executing the Company’s new business unit strategy, with the launch of IsI Enterprises, LLC, and the subsidiaries, including Security Control LLC, in July 2018. Wes is responsible for the integration of the company’s organizations initiatives and assisting the President and Chief Executive Officer in setting enterprise goals and developing the restructure of the principal components.
Wes lived his life surrounded by entrepreneurs and business professionals which gave him extensive operational and financial experience across various industry verticals from small to large multi-national organizations. He operates as a mentoring leader with the goal to create an exciting and involved work environment where morale is high, and everyone feels essential and shares the passion for our Company. Wes is dedicated to ongoing professional and personal development for himself and others, providing pragmatic solutions to challenges that makes a tremendous impact critical goals and objectives.
Ken began working with IsI in early 2014 serving in multiple roles in Information Technology, Industrial Security Compliance and Helpdesk. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Facility Security Officer (FSO) and COMSEC custodian. He serves as a subject matter expert in all aspects of Information Security to IsI staff and clients that support Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal Agencies. He is responsible for establishing the IsI’s technical visions, developing and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. And he is responsible for the overall health and maintenance of existing systems, while providing direction in all technology-related issues in support of information operations to ensure the overall business strategy while protecting personal and National security.
Ken has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology as well as senior leadership positions for small to large companies. Including serving as the IT Security Director at ARTEL LLC, and IT Lead/Senior Systems Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton and Database Administrator at Qwest Communications. He has a variety of experience in information assurance, database programming and administration, computer and network administration, and security readiness reviews (SRR) and security vulnerability remediation. Ken has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland.
